For final classifications click this link Louis was in 10th place overall!! not a bad effort aye!!: http://www.tourabitibi.qc.ca/resultats_tour_fr_2009.php Hi Guys ,All over now ,we can’t wait to catch up with Louis and the others ,I was talking to Ken Bewley this morning ,he sounded like he’d been celebrating which is fair enough, he was raving about it, how they totally dominated the last race. Cheers Tony Driving out to the final stage I checked out the conditions and the plan was simple.40km Massive crosswinds and 20km Head to the final town circuits. The boys went on the front at 5km and echeloned up at 8km.By the 12km mark 20 riders in an echelon and the field absolutely screwed The whole Kiwi team arrived to the finishing circuit with 15 others 4min infront of the bunch .GAME OVER .Dion Smith 2nd in stage Final results : 1st Nations Cup 1st Young Rider 1st KOM 2nd team GC 4th Indv GC missed podium by 1sec 4 riders top ten voted as best Team by other coaches and riders The guys were impressive and an absolute credit to themselves and NZ
